Eagle One was born in response to the new generation of coffee shops where design, performance, and sustainability are creating memorable experiences. The result is an extremely compact coffee machine, simple to use, presenting minimal design, with a new engine able to guarantee high performance and energy efficiency.

NEW ENGINE OPTIMISATION (NEO)

The New Engine Optimisation (NEO) technology in the Eagle One reduces energy consumption, without affecting your espresso extraction. The Eagle One guarantees high productivity and performance in even the smallest of spaces. The boilers have been specially insulated so that less heat is dispersed and lost. Just set the temperature on your display, and the machine will do the rest in the background.

The NEO system uses an instant heating system, allowing only the necessary water for the extraction to be heated, saving on energy usage. Discharged water is used to re-heat new incoming water, and a Life Cycle Assessment of the Eagle One found that it uses 23% less energy than machines in the same category.
