Barista trainer needed for doppio coffee London – Minimum of 2-years’ experience working as a barista.

Working within a passionate team based in London. The role would be only for an experienced barista or coffee professional looking to develop and progress in the coffee industry. The role will require you to support the training in our retail shops for our baristas, one on one barista training for retail customers & for our wholesale customers around London. You will be required to be constantly on a move &  travel across London. Doing customer service support, being the company face & brand ambassador as part of the doppio coffee wholesale squad.

Required for the job:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the coffee industry.
• Flexibility – Ability to work evenings, weekends and to support events.
• Working by the hours –  minimum 100 hours a month, flexible working hours.
• Ensuring coffee quality standards across a wide range of customers.
• Ability to build relationships with our customers.
• Meetings with new and existing clients on a regular basis.
• Scooter or driving in London experience.

Looking for an experienced, well-spoken and confident Customer Support Representative to our warehouse in London, Ealing West.

Required for the job:

•  Excellent communication skills with phone manner
•  Building relationships over the phone
•  Answering incoming telephone calls and email correspondence
stock availability management, delivery information and order discrepancies predominantly by email and telephone
•  Cold-calling to existing customers to sell our coffee products
•  Support the Service and Warehouse teams in their daily tasks

Required for the job:

• Installation and service of a wide range of coffee machines & grinders
• Diagnosis of problems
• Responding to call outs
• Working in the workshop and on customers’ sites
• Maintenance background. (electrical/mechanical)
• Electrical experience – desirable

Retail Manager (London based)

Duties and requirements:

• Leading our 3 shops in central London
• Coaching and developing your team
• Previous experience managing a team of people is essential
• Coffee/barista skills and a passion for great coffee
• Knowledge of working within a ‘branded’ environment

Availability to work shifts which can include early mornings and weekends depending on the needs of the business, shops working hours from 07:30 to 18:00, 7 days.

Warehouse Assistant & Courier (London based)

Duties include:

•  Moving, lifting parcels, pallet’s & coffee boxes by hand
•  Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed
•  Loading and unloading lorries, vans and other vehicles
•  Driving a scooter and delivering coffee beans for our coffee shops customers based in London
•  Processing/checking orders
•  Keeping warehouse and work area clean and tidy

Required:

•  Must be confident in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
•  Must be over 21, have either a full motorbike license or CBT
•  London riding experience would be an advantage
•  Good spoken English skills are a must.
•  Great driving skills would be an advantage.
•  45 hours per week position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
